The Banyan Estate Villa - Located in Umalas, north of Seminyak, only 30 minutes drive from drive from the airport, and only ten minutes from the restaurant and nightlife center of Seminyak and Legian, the Banyan Estate is a magnificent newly renovated property. Named for the ancient and massive Banyan tree that dominates the land and the buildings, this compound boasts many modern amenities, allowing its guests to enjoy their Bali vacation in style and comfort.
The Banyan Estate Villa is a fully staffed 5-star luxury villa. Surrounded by the cascading rice fields of one of Bali’s most serene districts, it is made up of six individual structures:
- The main house
- Two adjoining garden rooms
- The gymnasium
- Two bales
- Staff and Security quarters.
The main house is nothing short of a two-storey mansion with a spacious wrap around balcony on the top floor.
The Banyan Estate ground floor features:

- A Queen-size bedroom with en-suite. This room opens up to it’s own patio with retreat lounges, that overlooks the pool and grounds.

- An air-conditioned Queen size bedroom with spacious robes, satellite television, stereo and DVD player. This bedroom shares its en-suite with one of the master bedrooms.

- Two Chefs - to cook up a storm for you.
- Four Maids - to clean and tend to domestic duties.
- Four Groundsmen - to keep the grounds and pool beautiful and sanitised.
- Four Security Guards - to provide 24 hours security.
